To Pack and Ship we offer FREE UK Standard (second class) service on our personalised products which can be sent large letter, you can op to First Class shipping for £2.95 +. For larger items that have to go as a parcel we have to add minimum £2.95 + for shipping.
Please be aware that as products are personalised and hand-made please allow 2 working days for us to produce and ship and will be delivered approximately 1-3 days later - if the order is urgent then please let us know and we will do our best to speed up the process.

Products that have personalised cannot be returned unless there has been a mistake on our part. That is generally just the engraved product so we can replace that item (for example if you have inputted an incorrect phone number). Always contact us first for a chat!

In this section postage maybe applied for some products we send parcel. Standard Delivery is £2.95 +. First Class shipping is £3.85 +
Orders will be processed and posted on a working day within 24 hours. Standard delivery (Second Class) once processed is between 1-3 days. For certain areas and more remote areas such as Scottish Highlands there maybe a longer delivery time so please allow extra time. We will email you once your order had been processed and despatched.
